Digital Marketing Sales Executive/Manager

John Cabot is an exciting fast-growing digital agency looking for a superstar salesperson to help realise its ambition for growth. Based in London but with the team all currently working remotely, this is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who has experience of selling digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Make no mistake this role is not for the faint of heart as you will be required to lead source and farm new business from scratch so a wealth of experience in professional telephone sales and initiatives such as Linkedin is a must. However, you will be fully supported by the business and the comfort of selling market-leading services in an exploding industry. To excel in this role you will have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and the ability to truly understand customer needs and how digital marketing can help them realise their ambitions. You will have a full appreciation of the sales cycle and uninhibited desire to pick up the phone to any company of any size in order to promote our services.

You will have experience of lead sourcing and feel comfortable outreaching to new prospects from cold. A professional telephone salesperson, you will also have experience in generating sales through Linkedin. Ideally, you will come with a black book of prospects but more importantly have faith in your ability to begin generating sales from month 1.

The role:

  • Proactively generate leads and opportunities
  • Cold calling and selling in our range of services
  • Regular feedback and KPI reporting of all lead generation and sales
  • Meet regularly with the management team to input on how to develop the business further
  • Progress to a business development role managing accounts and closing sales

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience of digital marketing, preferably SEO
  • Ability to learn fast
  • Desire to build a career in digital marketing and grow with the company
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and liaise with prospects at all levels
  • A proactive can-do attitude
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
